1.    What services do you offer?
We offer dog walking, drop-in visits, house sitting, and boarding. We tailor our services to meet your pet's needs and provide loving care while you're away.
2.    What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Flagler County Florida, but please contact us if you're nearby to see if we can accommodate your location.
 3.    Are you insured and certified?
Yes, we are fully insured and bonded our pet sitters are certified in pet CPR and first aid. We are also licensed business and participate in ongoing education to stay current with the best care practices.
4.    How do I schedule services?
You can schedule services through our client portal, or contact us via phone through call or text message at 386-626-2444 to discuss your needs and availability.
5.    Do you offer meet & greets?
Yes, we provide no-cost, no-obligation meet & greets so we can get to know your pets and their routines, and you can feel confident in our care.
6.    How do I pay for services?
We accept payments through our client portal and will send you an invoice via email but you can also find any invoices in your client portal.  All services are to be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We will provide detailed invoices for all services.
7.    What is your cancellation policy?
For boarding and house sitting, cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of service are non-refundable. Cancellations 8 to 14 days in advance receive a 50% credit, valid for 12 months. Dog walk cancellations must be communicated in advance, as same-day cancellations may be subject to partial charges.
8.    How do I know my pet is safe with you?
We prioritize your pet's safety and well-being. Our pet sitters are trained, experienced, and certified. Additionally, we use GPS tracking to log walks and visits, so you can follow along in real-time and receive updates and photos.
9.    Do you offer indoor play if the weather is bad?
If the pet owner is not home, we are happy to provide indoor play sessions during scheduled dog walks. However, if the owner is present, we prefer outdoor walks as planned to maintain consistency.
10.    How do you handle pets with special needs or medications?
We are experienced with pets requiring special care or medications. During the meet & greet, we'll gather all necessary information to ensure your pet's health needs are met safely and effectively.
11.    What happens if there is an emergency?
We have backup sitters on standby to handle emergencies, ensuring your pet care schedule is uninterrupted. In case of a pet emergency, we will contact you immediately and take appropriate steps, including seeking veterinary care if needed.
12.    Can you care for multiple pets at once?
Yes, we care for multiple pets. We also ensure that pets with different energy levels are given individualized attention.
13.    Do you offer holiday care?
Yes, we provide pet care during holidays. Holiday rates apply on specific days, and we recommend booking early, as spaces fill up quickly during peak seasons.
14.    Can I make changes to my scheduled services?
Absolutely! We understand plans can change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your schedule.
15.    What if my pet doesn't get along with other animals?
We prioritize your pet's comfort and safety. If your pet is uncomfortable around other animals, we offer individual walks and in-home care to ensure a stress-free experience. Please let us know about any behavioral concerns during the meet & greet so we can tailor our services accordingly.
