Our team is made up of dedicated animal lovers who are not only passionate about what they do, but also professionally trained and certified. Each sitter is insured, bonded, and pet CPR/first aid certified, so you can feel confident your pets are in safe, capable hands.
We know that life happens, which is why we maintain a reliable backup sitter system. If an emergency ever prevents your scheduled sitter from arriving, another trusted member of our team is ready to step in — ensuring your pets never go without the care they need.
For added peace of mind, all of our visits and walks are GPS tracked through our client portal, with real-time updates and photos sent straight to you. You’ll always know when your sitter arrived, what your pets were up to, and how they’re doing.
With years of experience in boarding, in-home care, dog walking, and drop-in visits, we specialize in tailoring our services to the unique needs of each pet. From puppies to seniors, dogs to cats, and everything in between, we pride ourselves on creating a stress-free, loving environment so you can travel or work with peace of mind.

Meet Loren — Owner & Founder
As a lifelong animal lover and the heart behind Pawfessional Pet Services, Loren has always believed that pets deserve to be cared for like family. What started as a personal passion has grown into a trusted, professional service that has been providing dedicated pet care for over 10 years — first in New York, and now in Florida.
Loren leads a team of certified, insured, and CPR/first aid trained sitters who share her dedication to exceptional care. She also ensures a backup sitter system is always in place so clients can travel or work worry-free, knowing their pets will never miss a visit.
Whether it’s puppies, seniors, rescues, or special-needs pets, Loren has a natural gift for making every animal feel safe, happy, and loved. Her favorite part of the job? Getting to know each pet’s unique personality and being trusted as part of their extended family.
Meet Jayme
Jayme grew up in the small town of Palatka, Florida, where her love for animals started early and never faded. Over the years she has cared for pets of every kind, always making sure they feel secure and cared for in her presence. Her calm, gentle approach quickly wins over even the shyest pets.
When she’s not looking after furry friends, Jayme enjoys crocheting, making jewelry, and collecting crystals. She’s proud to call Pawfessional Pet Services her dream job, spending her days sharing patience, love, and joy with the pets she meets.
Meet Lisa
Lisa has been part of the Pawfessional Pet Services family for many years, moving from part-time to full-time in the past two years. Though she hasn’t had pets of her own recently, she pours her heart
into every animal she cares for — treating them with the same affection and devotion she once gave her own.
She has a gift for connecting with animals of all temperaments and bringing clients peace of mind through her dependable, loving care. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys traveling, being by the ocean, and
finding new adventures. For now, she treasures caring for the pets entrusted to her as though they were her own.
Meet Kennedy
Kennedy brings over seven years of professional pet-sitting experience, caring for dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. She has a calm, patient approach and takes the time to understand each pet's personality, routines, and comfort level—helping pets feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for while their families are away.
Her background includes hands-on animal care as a zookeeper at the St. Augustine Alligator Farm and as a behavioral research intern with ZooTampa, where she focused on behavioral observation, enrichment, and positive reinforcement. These experiences allow Kennedy to read animal behavior well and adjust her care to meet each pet's individual needs.
Outside of pet care, Kennedy is a proud cat mom, loves tending to her ever-growing collection of plants, and enjoys supporting local businesses in the community. She's also an avid reader who read over 100 books last year, always appreciating a quiet moment with a good book.
